What is the closest latin translation for the phrase "Always Remember"?

I'm getting a tattoo with that phrase and I would love it to be in latin, but all the online translations give me different things, or claim they have "no matches" for it....

If anyone has a close enough answer, it would be much appreciated!!!!!!What is the closest latin translation for the phrase "Always Remember"?

The other answers do not translate to what you asked for:

Semper recorda = Not correct Latin - may have meant 'semper recordare'.
