Latin translation?

i'm trying to translate the phrase "courage through adversity" to latin can anyone help?

i've asked this question before but still not sure and it needs to be right because its going to be a tattoo!!

if you could put your source with your answer too that would be great!Latin translation?
The motto of the Royal Air Force is 'per ardua ad astra'. This translates 'through adversity to the stars'.

A simple substitution would give you 'per ardua fortitudo' for 'through adversity courage'.

But why would you have a tat in a language you don't speak?
