Latin translation ??

could someone PLEASE translate this latin to english:

Tum venit Davus ipse et, "Tacite, omnes!" magna voce clamat. "Audite me! Quamquam dominus abest, necesse est nobis strenue laborare." Tum servi mussant, "Davus dominues esse vult. Ecce! Baculum habet. Nos verberare potest. Necesse est igitur facere id quod iubet." Redeunt igitur ad agros servi quod baculum vilici timent.

no translation websites are working and im desperate! THANK YOU (:Latin translation ??
Then Davus himself comes and shouts in a loud voice, "Be quiet, everyone! Listen to me! Although the master is absent, it is necessary for us to work diligently." Then the slaves brooded/mused, "Davus wishes to be the master. Look! He owns Baculus. He is not able to flog us. Therefore, it is necessary to do that which he orders." Therefore, the slaves returned to the fields because they fear the manager of Baculus (Baculus' manager).Latin translation ??
baculum = stickLatin translation ??
Baculum also = os penis, normally absent in Homo sapiens, which makes "Ecce! Baculum habet!" even more intriguing.
